I read a new magazine on our flight to Cuba and there was an article about Maslow`s well-known Needs Pyramid.
If you want to change things in your life, it makes most sense to start at the bottom and change something there instead of changing stuff at the top. As these are the basic needs, it is hardest for your brain to change.
So if you can cope with changing small things in i.e. your food, clothing or sleeping habits your are sure you are setting the rights conditions to make changes in your life from which you will really benefit!
